Job Description & Key Responsibilities

โค Create Scroll-Stoppers: Design Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad assets (banners, carousels, flyers) that look like international luxury brands and convert viewers into buyers.
โค Team Up With AI Engines: Work directly with our AI Prompt Specialist. You will take raw, high-potential AI visual outputs and use your human expertise to edit, polish, and turn them into flawless, client-ready masterworks.
โค Own the Aesthetics: Take complete charge of our clients' social media grids. You decide the visual storytelling framework, typography hierarchy, and color palettes.
โค Fight Ad Fatigue: Experiment with fresh layout structures every week to keep our ads high-converting and exciting.

โค You have 3+ years of agency or e-commerce design experience under your belt.
โค Your weapons of choice are Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (if you know Figma or basic motion design, you are an absolute superstar).
โค You understand that good design isn't just about artโit's about communication, typography rules, and psychological visual hooks.
โค You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a clean 72-hour delivery pipeline.
โค You want to work from our collaborative, high-energy office.
โค You can provide 3 rock-solid referrals (past clients or employers) who will vouch for your execution.
