Job Description & Key Responsibilities
🛠️ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
➤ Edit Short-Form Ads: Create high-retention vertical videos with tight cuts, pacing, and text overlays.
➤ Animate Static Designs: Turn raw product clips, graphic banners, and brand assets into motion graphics.
➤ Test Creative Hooks: Partner with media buyers to rapidly update video intros to beat ad fatigue.
➤ Full Post-Production: Handle rough cuts, motion effects, audio mixing, and color grading.
🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
➤ 3+ years of experience editing short-form or commercial videos for agencies or brands.
➤ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro.
➤ Strong Portfolio: Demonstrating a clean grasp of rhythm, text animation, and narrative.
➤ References: 3 verifiable professional references (past clients or employers).
