- HSC / Bachelorโs degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized institution.

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with visitors.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

- Working hours: 9 hours per day. Employees must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, with shifts rotating weekly.
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM โ 6:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM โ 11:00 PM
