Job Description & Key Responsibilities
๐๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
โต Minimum Bachelorโs (Honours) degree or equivalent.
๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ:
โต Minimum 1โ2 years of relevant supervisory experience will be preferred.
โต Candidates with experience in hospitality, tourism or service operations will be given preference.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
โต Supervise daily activities and ensure smooth departmental operations.
โต Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, discipline, and performance.
โต Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of designated areas.
โต Monitor aquarium cleanliness and coordinate with the relevant team regarding fish care and operational issues.
โต Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
โต Maintain departmental records and submit regular reports to management.
โต Report operational problems and take necessary action within the scope of assigned authority.

โต 12 hours per day, including prayer breaks, lunch breaks, and tea/snack breaks.
โต Must be willing to work on a rotational day and night shift schedule. Shifts will rotate on a weekly basis.

โต Food, accommodation and housekeeping services will be provided by the company. However, the cost of these services will be deducted from the employeeโs monthly salary as per company policy.
